We might have to share your information with a service provider in the course of providing a PCL Solution service. This information sharing will be documented before any work is performed.

REPAIR GUARANTEE:

45 days from competition of service for same issue initially PCL Solutions Inc. serviced.

REFUND POLICY:

Customer can get a refund up to 30 days past completion of service if PCL Solutions cannot rectify the original service issue after 3 visits. PCL Solutions Inc. reserves the right for refunds to be given in store credit for future purchases.

NON REFUNDABLE CHARGES:

The following will not be refunded -

Opened Software costs / Rush charges / pick up or delivery charges / hardware charges.
